Searching for the investment apartment in Berlin.

Having contacted us by email for an introduction meeting, our business client was after a flat close to her relocated company. Having been offered various options by her company, she decided to take a closer look at prospects that were only available quietly, and so approached us to find three top opportunities to consider.

 

As this was a private purchase, she wanted to dovetail the buy with the prospect of renting out to other business personal whilst out of the country.

 

We needed to look carefully at yield prospects, void periods, and likely rental income per annum to bring in the best returns.

 

After compiling a prospective fiscal package, whilst keeping a careful eye on the client’s personal tastes and aspirations e.g. good commuter links, well-lit roads for chauffer drop-off and pickup, in good condition and décor to the clients’ requirements, we homed in on one of the three variables.

 

We purchased in the borough Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf.
