We were commissioned to research, source and locate a commercial building that could double up as a “unique” events venue.

There was no specific requirement on country location; the only stipulation was that the building needed to have an internal ceiling height of 50 metres+ with a floor area of 350 sq. m.+

This geographical freedom gave us complete autonomy on reviewing options in Australia, Germany, Hungary, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, the U.K., and the U.S.

The above was just outside Rio, 45 mins by car, and offered the above requirements.
